1. Hotel Perugia and Hotel Tatra accept payments in both Slovak Crowns and Euro. The current exchange rate is approximately 1 Euro = 42 Slovak Crowns.


Instructions:

1. The Organizers have made a preliminary reservation in the above listed hotels for interested conference participants. These reservations will be kept until 25 July 2003 - this is the deadline for all interested participants to make their own precise reservations by contacting the selected hotel directly.

Participants will be responsible for their accommodation arrangements.
We recommend that all participants make their reservations as early as possible, as the conference is organized in the summer season.
